From the moment I met Shannon at a cafe in southern California, I felt her warmth and compassion. She interviewed me skillfully, patiently and with deep interest in my life’s experiences. Working with her over the past few months has been very easy and in fact—quite fun!
I have always been inspired by reading stories or watching movies about people who have overcome obstacles in their lives, yet thrived in spite of facing very difficult situations. These kinds of stories definitely helped to pull me through my own period of grief and despair when I lost my beloved son.
It is an honor to be a part of this ongoing project and to share this work with the world. May the S.H.E. family continue to grow and spread compassionate and supportive heartfelt sharing, healing and empowering throughout the world.
